Coaching with Her Again Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed mental health or medical professional. As your coach, I do not diagnose or treat any mental health or medical condition.
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results. Coaching is a partnership, and progress depends on your participation.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 right away.
Privacy Policy
When you book a session, join my email list, or send a message, I collect information like your name, email, and phone number so I can schedule sessions and stay in touch.
I never sell your information. Anything you share in a coaching session is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to keep someone safe.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. For questions about your information, contact me at jonee.r.jones@outlook.com.
Cancellation & Refunds
All sales are final. Payments for Spark Sessions, coaching sessions, programs, workshops, memberships, and workbooks (including digital downloads) are non-refundable.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are forfeited.
Workshop tickets are non-refundable.
Her Circle memberships can be cancelled anytime before your next billing date to stop future payments. Payments already made are non-refundable.
